How Sunshine Started

Jon Maeyaert launched Sunshine Sprinkler Systems in 1986 with a simple idea: do good work, use quality materials, and treat every customer the way you would want to be treated. That idea has not changed in nearly four decades.
The West Metro was growing fast in the late eighties, and homeowners in communities like Corcoran, Medina, and Plymouth were putting in their first irrigation systems. Jon was there from the beginning, learning the land, the soil, and the water systems that define this part of Minnesota.
Over the years, he built a reputation one yard at a time. Customers called back. They referred their neighbors. Many of the systems Sunshine installed in the nineties are still running today, serviced by the same company that put them in.
