Rogers enforces mandatory odd/even watering restrictions from May 1 through September 30 — one of the longer seasonal windows in the west metro. Odd-numbered addresses water on odd calendar days; even addresses on even days. HOAs and apartment complexes with shared irrigation systems are assigned by I-94 position: properties north of I-94 water on odd days, south on even days. These restrictions apply to lawn watering and outdoor gardening from municipal water during the restriction period.
